1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by absence of investigation into FIR No. 333 of 2022 dated 24th August, 2022. There is a counter complaint and consequently FIR No. 335 of 2021/2022. There is another FIR being No. 366 of 2022 dated 11th September, 2022.

3. The report of Jibantala Police Station dated 8th May, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocate filed in Court today be taken on record.

4. It appears therefrom that all sides including the State has applied in the revisional jurisdiction of this Court for quashing of FIRs and/or for cancellation of bail. Since FIRs are the subject matter of the revisional proceedings, no order can be passed in the instant proceedings.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
