This is an application for cancellation of bail filed on 25th October, 2017. The bail was granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, South 24 Parganas in CRM 4939 of 2017 on 5th September, 2017. The allegations made in the petition for cancellation of bail may not survive today. This matter accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn. This order shall not prevent the petitioner to renew his prayer, if occasion so arises.
