On the earlier two occasions the appellants were also unrepresented.

In spite of repeated opportunities being given to the appellants to remove the defects pointed out by the Additional Stamp Reporter in his report dated 25th November, 2009, the appeal stands dismissed for non-removal of the defects.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
