Despite specific directions on 03.11.2022, notice has not been effected on the private respondents. State is represented.

The petitioners allege that the daughter-inlaw/private respondent is trying to snatch away her son, who is in the custody of the grandparents. The petitioners seeks protection against the private respondent/daughter-in-law in respect of grandson. The grandson is still in the custody of the petitioner. Counsel for the State submits that the allegations of the petitioners against the daughter-inlaw have been enquired into and have not been substantiated.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
