Petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of informing the Officer-in-Charge of Shyampur Police Station on or about 21.09.2024 till date no steps have been taken and the petitioner is unable to attend the school.

Earlier State has submitted a report.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 9 & 10 submits that the petitioner, under the garb of not attending the school, have been raising different issues against the teacher-incharge and President of the Managing Committee.

Be that as it may, since the information which was furnished by the petitioner before the concerned police station, prima facie, do not reveal that any case has been registered till date, petitioner is granted liberty to file an application under Section 175(3) before the jurisdictional Court. Learned Magistrate will assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations WPA 25396 of 2024 is disposed of.
