Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 13.03.2020 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 13.03.2020, it is revealed that in the fourth line of second page of the order dated 13.03.2020 inadvertently written as "from the next date of death of the petitioner's husband" instead of "from the next date of retirement (1.11.2003) of the petitioner's husband".

Therefore, the order dated 13.03.2020 should be read as from the next date of retirement (1.11.2003) of the petitioner's husband.

The other portions of the order dated 13.03.2020 shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to do the needful. (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
