Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for a period of 6 months and the next date is fixed for supply of documents, partially the petitioner has also repaid some of the amount. State opposes the prayer for bail as date has been fixed for consideration of charges.

Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court with a prayer for renewal after the charges are considered by the learned Trial Court.

At this stage CRM (M) 2225 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
