By this writ petition, the petitioner sought for a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow him to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 17.10.2007 to fill up a post of Clerk in the concerned school. By an interim order, respondent was directed to allow the petitioner to appear in the said interview.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
