1. Eleven applications for cancellation of bail at the behest of Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I) are taken up for consideration analogously as they emanate out of same police case.

2. Police case is of 2021. Charges in such police case are yet to be framed.

3. It is contended that, the private opposite parties involved in CRM(DB) 3985 of 2023 and CRM(DB) 4085 of 2023 are instrumental in threatening the de facto complainant and the advocate.

4. We find from the materials placed on record that, the threat was of the year 2022 with nothing being placed on record as a subsequent event to the complaint for threat. There is no instance of post bail misconduct brought before us excepting the incident noted above. That incident also remains unsubstantiated.

5. Possibility of the trial being concluded of in the near future is negligible.

6. In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the order granting bail to the private opposite parties.
