Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the order impugned is appealable but inadvertently the present revisional application has been filed assailing the said order.

He submits that leave may be granted to withdraw the revisional application so that appropriate step for filing the appeal against the order impugned can be taken up.

Leave as prayed for is granted.
