On perusal of the writ petition I find that the petitioners have made a representation on 9th November, 2022 before the respondent No. 2 for redressal of their grievances details of which would appear from the said representation.

Petitioners also submit that in past also several representations have been made but nothing has been done and nothing has been heard on the fate of the aforesaid representations.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 25053 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation

dated 9th November, 2022 being annexure P-13 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order .

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
