1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

2. Petitioners submit that they are in custody for 144 days. Co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail. They stand on the same footing with the said co-accused persons. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Sohel Rana @ Rana Sk. and Jahangir Sekh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia at Krishnagar, subject to condition that they shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Signed By :

police station and shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders.

4. The petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever or commit similar offences in future. 5.

In the event petitioners fail to appear before the trial court without any justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.
