Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

It appears that the principal accused is the husband of the victim who is now before this Court.

Earlier, the application for anticipatory bail of two other differently circumstanced co-accused was allowed while that of a third co-accused was rejected.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
