1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's initial application for transfer on distance ground was considered and no vacancy could be found in any of the three schools preferred by the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed offline application afresh for consideration of his prayer in the prescribed format in July 2025 which is allegedly pending consideration at

the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas.

4. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider the said application in accordance with law and the prevailing guidelines at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in accordance with law at the earliest.

5. The Commission shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law and if the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary follow up steps shall be taken without any further delay.

6. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. [Amrita Sinha, J]
