Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The couple got married on 11.07.2024. Soon thereafter they parted ways. In fact, there was a settlement arrived at between the private parties. After all these, as an afterthought, the present FIR was registered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the husband, the father in law and the other in laws brutally assaulted the victim in her private parts and caused miscarriage of child.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statement

of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate and the statements of the other witnesses as well as the medical reports. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3706 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

The personal appearance of the Investigating Officer is noted and is dispensed with.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
