rkd 01.12.2021 Ct.15 When the writ petition is taken up for hearing Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that the present petition was filed for obtaining necessary direction from the Court for participating in the selection process. An interim order was passed on the writ petition on 15th October, 2007 permitting the writ petitioner to participate in the selection process with certain conditions. It has been submitted that meanwhile it is presumed that the selection process is already over and nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition and the same has become infructuous.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
