1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer on medical ground of his son who is suffering from 75% disability is pending consideration at the end of the school authority.

3. Without entering into the merit of the same, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the head of the institution to take necessary steps to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. If the Block Medical Officer of Health certifies in favour of the son of the petitioner, then immediate necessary steps shall be taken by the school to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

5. The District inspector of Schools shall take steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school.

6. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the appropriate authority without any further delay.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. [Amrita Sinha, J]
