According to the ld. Advocate, after the order relating to interim maintenance was passed on 23rd September, 2022, the wife/applicant before the ld. Trial court is not appearing for evidence and unnecessarily the case is being dragged.

Accordingly, I direct that the ld.

Magistrate, henceforth, would fix at least one date in every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. All efforts be taken to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4080 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
