An affidavit has been filed by the contemnor, Ankit Deb. An unconditional and unambiguous apology has been tendered for the acts of contempt alleged. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the contempt application that a FIR has been registered against the contemnor by the police.

3.

Police may proceed in accordance with law and in connection thereto.

4.

In view of the apology tendered by the contemnor, this Court disposes of W.P.C.R.C. 176 of 2025 with a warning to the contemnor not to repeat such conducts in future.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

The personal presence of the contemnor, if any, shall also stand dispensed with.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
