The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Dholahat Police Station in dealing with his complaint dated April 15, 2022.

Dholahat Police Station is represented.

It is submitted that first information report no.424 of 2022 dated 8.9.2022 has been registered, investigated and Charge Sheet No.484 of 2022 Dated 8.9.2022 under Sections 341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act has been filed.

The report is taken on record.

Therefore, there is no inaction on the part of the Dholahat Police Station. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge sheet, he may take steps under Section 178(8) Cr.P.C. The private respondents, son and daughter-in-law have left the petitioner since

after the complaint. In the event of any further complaint of harassment by the private respondents, Dholahat Police Station shall take coercive measures against the private respondents, son and daughter-in law in accordance with law.

A copy of the charge sheet shall be made available to the petitioner by the Dholahat Police Station.

WPA No.25069 of 2022 stands, accordingly, disposed of.
