The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is making illegal construction without maintaining the mandatory side open spaces and without obtaining any permission from the Gram Panchayat. A representation appears to have been filed before the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat in September, 2023.

On perusal of the said representation, it appears that the same is very vague and cryptic. Details of the unauthorised construction are not mentioned in the said representation. None represents the private respondent.

As it appears that the details of the unauthorised construction are not mentioned in the representation filed by the petitioner, accordingly, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation highlighting the details of the

unauthorised construction allegedly made by the private respondent.

In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the Gram Panchayat in accordance with law at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously, on compliance of usual legal formalities.
