The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside setting aside of the Judgement and Order dated August 18, 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 18th Court, South 24-Parganas, Alipore in Criminal Appeal No.15 of 2018 so preferred by the opposite party no.2 under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from domestic Violence Act, 2005 thereby modifying the order dated September 21, 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore in case No.AC-3533 of 2015 thereby directing the petitioner to pay as interim monetary relief of Rs.30,000/- in aggregate per month to the opposite party no.2 from the date of filing of the application. In view of the nature of proceeding and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of the learned

counsel for the opposite parties, the present revisional application is disposed of as 'not pressed'.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
