The learned Counsel for the appellant on instruction has submitted that during the pendency of the matrimonial appeal, the parties have amicably settled their disputes and the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal.

The letter of instruction dated 4th April, 2023 addressed to Mr. Suhrid Sur, Advocate representing the appellant is placed before us and the same be kept with the record.

In view of such clear instruction, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file afresh. In view of dismissal of the appeal, the connected application also stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
