Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of rejection of application made by the petitioner for registration. Petitioner submits that in past also several times respondent concerned has rejected her application by asking for extraneous and irrelevant documents.

On perusal of the aforesaid order dated 15th September, 2022 being annexure P/8 appears at page 27 of the writ petition I find that this is a nonspeaking order without giving any reason for rejection of the petitioner's aforesaid application. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case the aforesaid impugned order dated 15th

September, 2022 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the authority concerned to pass a fresh speaking order in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representatives. At the time of reconsideration of the application of the petitioner for registration, respondent concerned shall be free to ask for production of any document which is only relevant and required under the law. Respondent concerned shall pass a final order within four weeks from the date of communication of this order..

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 25072 of 2022 is disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
