An application being new CAN 1 of 2019 was filed for recalling of the said order dated November 29, 2017 and restoration of W.P.A. 26213 of 2017. Now it is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner by filing CAN 2 of 2023 that the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with CAN 1 of 2017.

Such prayer is considered and allowed.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

CAN 1 of 2017 is also disposed of without any order. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
