In the instant revision the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No.2021 of 2009 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad at Berhampore. No order of stay of further proceeding of G.R. Case No.2021 of 2009 was passed by this Court while admitting the revisional application.

As the petitioner failed to take any step and the instant matter is pending since 2010, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad at Berhampore is directed to dispose of the G.R. Case No.2021 of 2009 expeditiously. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
