1. The petitioner has prayed for transfer on medical ground. The application was filed before the Utsshree Portal was disabled.

2. We permit the appellant to file an application offline for transfer with medical documents to be considered by the Commission of School Education within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order along with the application.

3. In view thereof, the order impugned is set aside. The appeal is allowed. The appeal and the application are, accordingly, disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to be parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
