The matter appeared in the warning list on November 29, 2022 with a clear indication that the matter would be transferred to the daily cause list on December 5, 2022 before the regular bench. Since then the matter is appearing in the list. The present appeal is of the year 2008.

It appears from the record that on January 12, 2011, the matter was directed to go out of the list with the observation that the learned advocate for the appellants shall file a fresh vakalatnama within three weeks from that date and that in default the appeal shall stand dismissed. The office reports that the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter have not yet been removed. The appeal is still defective.

By virtue of the order dated January 12, 2011, the appeal stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, the connected applications also stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
