We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner had abducted a two year old boy for ransom. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the crime.

In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
