When the writ petition is taken up for hearing Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. No one appears for the respondents.

The writ petition is dismissed since the same has become infructuous due to efflux of time. There shall be no order as to costs.
