Mr. Ray appearing for the petitioner submits that no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner before passing the Award dated March 24, 2022. Admittedly, it is an ex-parte award. It is this Award which has been challenged by way of this writ petition. However, he submits that he will approach the Appellate Forum challenging the ex-parte order passed against his client. 2.

In view thereof, no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
