Ld. Advocate submits that the revisional application being Criminal Revision Case No. 42 of 2022 was filed almost two years ago and the same is pending for S/R and appearance.

Ld. Revisional Court is directed to effect service through an officer deputed by the inspector in charge of Ramnagar P.S. and thereafter conclude the hearing by 30th of June, 2024.

Ld. Revisional Court would be at liberty to fix as many dated as it deems fit and proper but will not stretch the timeline for disposal of the revisional application as directed above.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4084 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
