The petitioner claims title and possession in respect of 60/1, Maharaj Nanda Kumar Road and alleges that the private respondents who are residents of 60, Maharaj Nanda Kumar Road which shares a common wall with the petitioner's property are demolishing their portion of the property. In doing so, they are also trying to demolish the petitioner's property.

Learned counsel for the 5th respondent denies such allegation and submits that this respondent is not and does not intend to demolish any portion of the petitioner's property.

The dispute between the parties appears to be civil in nature. No fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

However, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area and shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
