Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner. Being aggrieved by the order dated 7th August, 2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Asansol in Spl. SC/ST Case No. 06 of 2022, present application has been preferred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submits that against such order appeal lies before this Hon'ble Court and therefore he seeks liberty to withdraw the instant application with further liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate forum. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner CRR 4734 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum subject to other statutory restrictions. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to get back certified copy of the order from the record after filing authenticated copy of the same. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
