Learned advocate for the State has submitted vide Officer-in-Charge Panchla PS, Howrah (R ) stating that G R Case No. 5133/2010 got disposed of on 14.12.2022, let the said report be kept with the record.

He has also filed a copy of the said judgment and order dated 14th December, 2022 passed in connection with the aforesaid case being G R Case No. 5133/2010 and CIS 3001/2015 arising out of TR 185/2012 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 4th Court, Howrah had acquitted the present petitioners under Sections 248(1) of the Cr.P.C, let the said copy of the judgment be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
