I have perused the records of the case which reflect that the case was registered by investigation due to marital dispute. Having regard to the fact that the application for cancellation of bail is pending since the year 2015 and there has been a settlement between the parties as submitted by the Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, there is no reason to keep the present application pending.
