It appears that even after the matter is listed for hearing, none has appeared for the petitioner. The interim stay order was valid only for eight weeks. It is not known whether by this time, the charge has been framed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta. The application for revision is, therefore infructuous and the same is dismissed for default. Connected application, if any, is also disposed of.
