Case No.29122 of 2010, pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Opportunity was given to the petitioner to come up before this court after complying with order dated 22.12.2011, by way of service of notice upon the opposite party. The petitioner has not complied the earlier order. He is unrepresented. Considered. The revisional application praying for quashing/setting aside the criminal case against him stands dismissed for default. The application is accordingly disposed of.
