Ms. Bhar, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State. Answering our query she submits that upon completion of investigation chargesheet has been submitted in the meantime. Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the averments made in the application, we are satisfied with the explanation given towards the inability of the petitioners to appear before the learned Court below and to pray for regular bail within the time as directed in the order dated 11th December, 2019.

In view thereof, the time to surrender before the learned Court below and to pray for regular bail is extended for a period of two weeks from date.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
