Upon written instruction of Sri Sunil Kumar Mondal, the petitioner, Mr. Mahata submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application. Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to stand in the way. The criminal revision stands disposed of as "withdrawn".
