21.02.2022 C.R.R. 4006 of 2011 In the matter of: Dinendra Nath Nandi ...for the petitioner -Vs.- The State of West Bengal .........Opposite Party The record is placed before me along with a report from the Assistant Registrar - XII, Criminal Section dated 18.02.2022. Perused the report. It has been stated that while scrutinizing the record, the department made mistake in noticing that there was an order of disposal in the first page. Till date the matter is being shown as pending in the system.

The concerned Registrar has tendered unconditional apology for sending the disposed of record for further order. Having considered the report the same is accepted the department is directed to be more vigilant in future before sending the records.

Let the CRR be shown as disposed of matter on the basis of order dated 21.12.2011.
