Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than 1 year and 4 months. It has also been submitted that 6 of the accused persons have been granted bail.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the present petitioner fired at the victim.

Having considered that the petitioner is completely differently situated than the other accused persons who have been granted bail, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2237 of 2025 is dismissed.
