Since there is an alternative efficacious remedy available under the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

In view thereof, WPA 25299 of 2025 stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
