Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. As supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted on 23rd January, 2024 the learned trial Court is directed to complete the process of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and overcome the stage of consideration of charges at the earliest. If any of the accused persons is absconding the learned trial Court would split up the trial and progress with the trial of the accused who are in custody. For the time being this Court thinks fit and proper to leave it to the discretion of the Court to fix the schedule but the learned trial Court should keep in mind that 16 witnesses are to be examined.

No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties.

All efforts be taken to conclude the trial by 31st December, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 4087 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
