The petitioner prays for a direction upon the 3rd respondent to act in terms of the order passed by this Court on 13th July, 1989 in Civil Order No. 7996 (W) of 1989. Learned counsel submits that the said order has not been acted upon till date.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to act in terms of the order passed by this Court on 13th July, 1989 in Civil Order No. 7996 (W) of 1989 within one month from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
