1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner-Bank is aggrieved by the inaction on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal, in not disposing of the representation made by the petitioner pursuant to an order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 21.03.2025.

3. Mr. Guha, learned Advocate, representing the petitionerBank, submits that the hearing had duly been held and concluded on 20.05.2025.

4. Mr. Dutta, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that since the hearing has been concluded, a week's time may be given to the concerned Secretary to pass the order, if not, already done.

5. In view of the afore-stated submissions, the Principal Secretary of the respondent no. 1, is directed to pass the order, upon taking a pragmatic approach to the entire issue and communicate the same to the petitioner within 30.11.2025.

6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 24965 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.

7. Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

8. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, be given to the parties, if applied for.
