As directed by the order dated June 18, 2025, Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor no.2 files a photograph which shows that a board with a notice regarding pendency of the suit between the parties has been fixed at the suit property.

In view of such compliance of the order willful violation of which has been complained of, CRC 9 of 2025 along with connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
