The instant writ petition was placed before the learned Mediator, Mr. Subhasish Muhuri vide order dated 17.12.2025. The Learned Mediator has submitted a final report on 16.03.2026 wherefrom it appears that mediation proceeding is thus concluded as "Settled". In view of the above and considering the final report submitted by the aforesaid Mediator, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the parties to act in terms of the settlement.

A copy of the final report of the mediation along with terms of settlement dated 16th March, 2026 be kept with the record.
