The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Dhaniakhali Police Station. On the basis of the petitioner's complaint Dhaniakhali Police Station has registered FIR No.47 of 2022 dated 23rd June, 2022. Investigation has been completed and the charge sheet being No.62 of 2022 dated 30th April, 2022 has been filed.

The private respondents, according to the police, have claimed rights in respect of the property purchased by the petitioner.

The petitioner shall be entitled to cultivate his land. If the private respondents have any claim in respect of the petitioner's property, they may take out appropriate civil proceedings in accordance with law. 4.
Dhaniakhali Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain strict vigil at the premises.

Dhaniakhali Police Station shall also ensure that the petitioner is able to enter his land.

The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Dhaniakhali Police Station, Hooghly (Rural) is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
8.
There will be no order as to costs.
9.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
