It is submitted on behalf of WBSEDCL that they are unable to provide any connection due to resistance by the private respondent.

In view of the disputes raised by the private respondent, WPA 25235 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate being the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the parties including the private respondents. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all

points are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law.

Since, no affidavits have been used, the allegations contained in the writ petition are not admitted.

The above exercise would be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. For the purposes of carrying out the above exercise, the concerned District Magistrate is requested to treat this writ petition as a representation.
